1. Service Description
DeepResearch ("we", "us", "the Service") is operated by Konrad Reyhe (Einzelunternehmer), Leipzig, Germany. We provide human-conducted, AI-assisted research services. Customers submit research questions, receive an automated complexity evaluation and price quote, and upon payment receive a structured research document.
2. Nature of Service (Dienstvertrag)
This service constitutes a service contract (Dienstvertrag, BGB § 611), not a contract for work (Werkvertrag). We commit to conducting diligent, thorough research using available sources. We do not guarantee any specific result, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Research quality depends on the availability of reliable sources for the given topic.
3. Not Professional Advice
Our research documents are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute:
- Medical advice (not a medical service per HeilPrG)
- Legal advice (not a legal service per RDG § 2)
- Financial or tax advice
- Professional consultation of any kind
You are solely responsible for consulting qualified professionals (doctors, lawyers, financial advisors) before acting on any information provided. We are not liable for decisions made based on our research.
4. Contract Formation
A binding contract is formed when you complete payment via our checkout process. The sequence is: (1) you submit a research question, (2) our AI evaluates complexity and provides a quote, (3) you review and accept the quote by completing payment. Payment constitutes acceptance of these terms and the quoted price.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are quoted in EUR and include all applicable taxes. As a Kleinunternehmer per § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged separately. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. The quoted price is final and binding upon checkout.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
As a consumer within the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts (BGB §§ 312g, 355). However, by checking the consent box at checkout, you expressly request that we begin performing the service immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (BGB § 356 Abs. 4).
Model withdrawal form: To exercise your withdrawal right (before the service is fully performed), send a clear statement to: crelvo.dev@web.de. Include your name, request ID, date of order, and a statement that you wish to withdraw.
7. Refund Policy
- Before research begins: Full refund.
- Research in progress: Partial refund proportional to work not yet completed.
- After delivery: No refund, unless the delivered research is fundamentally deficient (i.e., does not address the stated research question at all).
Refund requests must be sent to crelvo.dev@web.de within 14 days of delivery.
8. Liability Limitation
Our liability is limited as follows, to the extent permitted by law:
- We are fully liable for damages caused by intent (Vorsatz) or gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit), and for damages to life, body, or health.
- For simple negligence (einfache Fahrlässigkeit), liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.
- We are not liable for decisions you make based on our research, or for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
- Total liability for any single research request is limited to the price paid for that request.
9. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual right to use the delivered research document for personal or internal business purposes. We retain ownership of our research methodology, templates, and processes.
10. Data Processing
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this service, you acknowledge that your research question may be processed by AI systems (Anthropic Claude) to evaluate complexity and assist with research.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply in addition. For consumers, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction. For all other disputes, the courts of Leipzig, Germany have jurisdiction.
12. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Existing contracts remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
